These four flats Ville di Velia are situated in a private road directly leading to the sea. The building is all surrounded by nature, standing among eucalyptus, acacia and pine trees on the outskirts of a touristic residential area. It’s a very warm holiday place where you will be welcomed from beginning , that’s why every year lots of families come back to enjoy together the same emotions. Each apartment, that can house up to 5 persons, has 1 deck chairs, 2 chaise longue and one beach umbrella, that can also be used on the beach. Comfortable and well-lighted, the rooms are designed at their best and endowed with a living-room with kitchen area (coffee maker and dish-washer included), two large bedrooms (orthopaedic mattresses), a bathroom with a shower and large balconies (17 and 25 square metres). Completely furnished, TV-SAT and radio recorder. Internet connection through WI-FI with your own PC available (on request). The house is endowed with centralized heating and an indipendent thermostat. The surrounding area is completely fenced by a gate (to be closed by a bolt) so to be a free and safe playground for children. A kind help can be enjoyed any moment to have a pleasant and joyful staying. The garages are situated in the low part of the building and there are also some additional parking areas located directly in front of the houses in the enclosure. Mr Franco Perazzo, the landlord, used the best building materials allowing ‘Ville di Velia’ to last in time and to be in the technological van: by some panels situated on the roof, the sun warms water used indoor (bathroom and kitchen) and outdoor (showers and garden)in the flats. Moreover, a washing machine in the garden is available for all guests near the garages. The ornamental garden situated on the terrace side was carefully grown by the landlord’s wife with roses, hibiscus, short palms and flower plants. It is also possible to buy the tasteful extra-virgin oil produced and bottled by the landlord. There’s a lot to discover and the helpful landlord’s advices will enable the guest to choose among the range of excursions and trips, restaurants and farm holidays that permit to taste the typical dishes of Cilento. Possible guided tour in our olive grove (on reservation) for guests. The Ville di Velia even if surrounded by nature are only 300 m far from shops and supermarkets, restaurants, coffee-bars and a pizza restaurant to be easily reached on foot. You can find moreover tennis playgrounds (400 m)that offer tournaments for tourists, a riding school, and a football field (400 m) with a cycle-lane (5 km directly reaching Ascea Marina cliff) where you can practice skating and roller skating. Entertainments are also easy to find: shops, discos and a swimming pool are nearby in a touristic facility. Velia excavations with the famous tower are easy to reach also by foot. You can have a wonderful view of the coast from its top. Close to the railway station, ‘Ville di Velia’ are easily accessible also by train (shuttle service available on reservation).
