The four completely separate houses (two underneath one roof, but with separate entrance – completely private) include each three bedrooms. All lay beautiful on a less traveled cul-de-sac that directly leads to the ocean. The distance to the sandy beach amounts just 90 meter. The surroundings are framed by the green of trees and not by large hotel or apartment buildings. At the near Hotel with pool are summer dancing events. You will find a truly beautiful vacation environment where you feel comfortable from the beginning. The four homes are comfortable, light, spacious and furnished with the love for details. Each has one bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor (6 beds in both of the outer homes, 7 beds in the middle homes and each an additional sleeping sofa in the living room/ kitchen combination). The houses lay near to the ocean and the 7 km long sandy beach with clean water. The homes impress with their size of approx. 90 qm each and their maintenance. The distance to the ocean amounts just 90 meter and this shows the outstanding location of the homes. The surroundings are impressed by the green of trees (eucalyptus, pine and more). With special attention did the owner try to integrate the homes into the landscape and was careful to blend the Le Ville Mare Blu into the natural surroundings. Besides the patios the owner’s wife planted lovingly a garden with pepper trees, roses, hibiscus, small palm trees and flowers. Franco´s interests is not only limited to the careful creation of the garden but also to his olive grove – he will gladly show them to his guests. On this kind of short trip with Franco you will probably learn a crash course in the science of organic olive farming that will help you even at home to better chose an oil. (a tip: his oil is excellent). The infrastructure of the Le Ville Mare Blu is extremely good. Not only are the homes right by the ocean, but in the neighborhood are also a tennis court (distance: 250 meter – guest tournaments) and the closest grocery store as well as an ice café and a bar can be found in a distance of 300 meter. The closest pizza store can be reached by foot. Equally close are a roller-skating lane, a soccer field (guests tournaments) and the possibility to horse back ride (approx. 400 meter). The ancient excavation site of Velia is just some hundred meters to the north. Discotheques and additional stores are in walking distance. Everything is easily, without a car, reached by foot. The homes consists out of a comfortable living room (table and chairs) with fitted kitchen (with coffeemaker, toaster or microwave) and are completely equipped with SAT-TV, 4-plate stove, oven, fan, large refrigerator and freezer unit. Furthermore, you will find three bedrooms (best back-friendly mattresses) with 2 or 3 beds, very good closets with sufficient storage space, bedside table with lamps and more. Each house also holds two bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet and central heater. The equipment is absolutely new and is above standard. The walls are decorated with pictures and all awaits their guest with a superb atmosphere. (mosquito nets, adapter are presents; baby beds, children’s highchair upon request – Franco won’t let any wishes unanswered – just ask). In front of the house is a shady and covered patio of 16,5 qm and a fully furnished (good garden furniture, lounge chairs and umbrellas) uncovered sun patio of approx. 25 qm. On the backside of the house is an additional smaller patio of 8,25 qm so that the guests can choose between sun or shade during any time of day. You can park your car directly in front of the house and the entire estate is enclosed and can be locked. A basement garage with central washer is equally present as free parking and a barbecue. On the estate are warm water showers and a children’s playground directly across the Le Ville di Velia. Your children, big or small, never will be bored. Dogs are welcome. Pickup from the train station of Ascea is free of charge. Pickup from the train station or airport in Naples is possible (with charge).

Prices per week for the holiday homes are valid for 6 persons and include costs for final cleaning, bed linen and towels. For a possible 7th and 8th person an extra amount of € 60 Euro / week will be charged. Surcharge for holiday home with private garden: 25 Euros per week. Minimum stay in July and August: two weeks. A deposit of 100 Euro ist due upon arrival. (check in: 17:00 – 20:00 check out: 8:00 – 9:00).
